World Environment Day with Dr Eric Nordberg
We recently spoke with Dr Eric Nordberg, Senior Lecturer within the School of Rural Science at UNE, to discuss his work in conservation, how we can reduce our impact on the environment, and what more needs to be done.
Dr Nordberg has spent years working in the fields of ecology and zoology, and is the leader of the Reptile Ecology and Environmental Disturbance (REED) lab which looks at the impacts that changing lands have on wildlife population and behaviour.
“We need to preserve our natural areas so that not only we can enjoy it, but wildlife as well.”
