Welcome back to another New Music Monday! Here are all the hits we’ve added to our new music playlist this week, featuring artists such as Miley Cyrus, Peach PRC, Teenage Dads, and Laurel.

Aussie Pop star Peach PRC has fans hyped over her latest single ‘Secret’. This vibrant track marks her first release of the year and arrives just ahead of her Australian east coast headline tour. From March 21st to April 6th, Peach PRC will be lighting up stages in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.
‘Secret’ isn’t just a dance hit, its an LGBT+ anthem. The song discusses homophobic parents, and struggling to be in a relationship that you no longer want to hide.

Song: Doctor (Work it out)
Artist: Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams
Miley Cyrus and Pharrell Williams have teamed up for their latest collaboration, ‘Doctor (Work it Out)’. The track was teased by Williams during his third partnership with Louis Vuitton, generating buzz with both the new fashion collection and unreleased music.
Cyrus added to the excitement by sharing a teaser on her Instagram, while announcing the song’s release date earlier this week. According to Rolling Stone, this collaboration may have been in development for years, potentially dating back to before Cyrus’s 2013 album, ‘Bangerz.’

Artist: Laurel
British singer songwriter Laurel has released her newest single, ‘Wild Things’ and excited fans with the announcement of her upcoming studio album PALPATATIONS. The album is set to have 12 tracks and will be released on the 14th of June.
‘Wild Things’ is the second single to be released from this upcoming album and is a playful yet passionate melody.
“Running to the ends of the world to find ‘the real thing’ – something that feels true – but everywhere you go you’re still searching. You can’t find it because what you’re looking for in the world can only be found within you – inner peace.” – Laurel on the meaning of ‘Wild Things’.

Artist: Teenage Dads
Teenage dads have released their newest single ‘Weaponz’, which they’ve been teasing over the last few weeks at laneway festival and Party in the Paddock.
“Weaponz is about finding personal empowerment through creative expression. It can take a lot of strength to get what you want and sometimes you need to take a bullet (or wield a bazooka) to see your vision come to life.” – Teenage Dads
The band has also announced they will be touring Australia and new Zealand this year, starting in late august. They will be joined by Phoebe Go and Aleksiah, so make sure you grab your tickets so you don’t miss hearing these fantastic artists live.
